100 years

My sister Dana and I found this old cookbook, and as it turns out, it was published in 1913. That means it is 100 years old as of this year! It still has recipes for calf brains. Quite repulsive. Dana just finished making a recipe she found in it of maple cookies. It was tough deciding what temperature to put it at, because all the book said was a moderate oven! Ha! These are also 100 year old newspaper clipping glued to the front pages.
