A ghost.

The blip is of my clean light with 3 working bulbs - the only photo I took today.

Peacehaven Parkrun this morning. I encountered a ghost. Nowhere is safe.

The remainder of the day was productive. Noo has his bedroom set up as he wants it. I have a clean light and all the bulbs are working. We have many charity shop bags to deliver.

The Spurs match was a good way to end the day.

I had a very early night and an epic sleep.
