Always reminds me of a bloke named Mandara

Passing this resplendent announcement sign, as I do now on a monthly basis, always raises a smile and brings back fond memories of a dear friend, former colleague and great wit, who lived and worked locally. In his spare time, he was a fabulous cartoonist, sketcher and watercolour artist. RIP Tone.
