Silly Saturday ...

... Silly goose duck.

I swear I wasn't going to post either a bird or squirrel today!  But guess what ... I was wrong!  Silly me!

And not only am I posting this lovely female Mallard duck as my main I've also added a Carolina Wren in Extras.  

As there was no rain/snow today ... although still cold ... we got out to the Palmer Bikeway trail for a nice walk.  Followed by a visit to the Waterfowl Observation area that's nearby.  Please have a look full screen.

We went straight home from there and spent the rest of the day here.  Later after supper I had a wonderful phone conversation with my mom.
