Performance of the Nutcracker

This morning I went to the performanceof The Nutcracker  written and performed by I.  I had an official ticket from her that cost me 1pance. It said "I hereby allow C. Grandma C to come to The Nutcracker.  Signed I  23rd November 2024".  ( Not necessarily all spellings were quite the same as this).

She has a two storey bed and the top was where the performance took place with toys attached to coat hangers and on strings which dangled down and acted the parts like puppets.  

She had written the script out for herself and the toys.  It was a different Nutcracker story to the original but all ended happily.

On the lower part of the bed her little sister tried to "help" with the toys and her mum was in charge of de-tangling the strings.

The audience enjoyed the performance greatly and look forward to the next play which will be held in January.
