On the Way

Our 3rd day on St Cuthberts Way. Wooler to Fenwick, 20k, sunshine and the sea.
Another day with our friends and their lovely dog. Strategic parking of cars to allow a transfer at the end. We were on a promise of a cafe at Fenwick, but of course it was closed.
MrKT and I headed home from there, leaving our friends to consider the final stage of the Way for tomorrow. With a very foreboding weather forecast the walk across the causeway to Holy Island seems a bit unlikely. So we may well join them another day for that.
