Marking time

Another wet and blustery day with Bert making his presence felt. It looked OK as Bailey and I set off for his first walk but the rain was torrential half way round and I needed a change of clothes when I got back. Bailey was satisfied by a full body rub on the carpet.

Quite a bit of work done today: prep for a meeting tomorrow, finalising a report and making a start on my Y11 mock exam marking. Bailey kept me company, snoring in his bed and various other locations around the room. I’ve also done some online Christmas shopping, made soup for lunch and decided on an early night before embarking on week 5 of term two.
