Photography

I wondered if there might be a few cherished cameras on here today for Mono Monday, but I haven't seen any yet. In my case it's not the cameras so much but the whole world of photography that I have great affection for. For me it started with my first serious camera, the Fujica ST605N, back in the 1970s. Over the years it all took a bit of a back seat with pressures of work and family, but it's now very much a big part of my life. I love the technical and the creative challenges, camera clubs and last but not least blipfoto.

Of course I do love my Sony too :-)

On the subject of camera clubs we have a meeting tonight looking at how images are selected for inter club battles. Mid week my second club will be seeing the Cheltenham Salon AV presentation, a second viewing for me. Another definition of cherish is to keep a hope or ambition in one's mind. In my case I would love to get an image accepted for that salon.
