Not a windmill

Nice late afternoon light at Chesterton today, especially after the recent weather. 
The sails have been gone for a few years now. Another photographer told me that the local authority were having difficulties sourcing the wood for the frames, which has to come from Russia. Seems a bit of an odd excuse to me; I doubt the original builders went to Russia to get their wood.
