The Palace Hotel…

… From up t’slopes.

I had to pop out for a medical thing… But with joy in my heart because my favourite person is back from a medical procedure which went well.
(And my appt went well too).

It’s getting Very Christmas out there in Shopland isn’t it?
I’m not on that page yet because my upcoming course is occupying my energy at the moment.
I’m sure it will all rise up and overwhelm me soon enough :-)

I heard Good Things about The Palace Hotel only this weekend. I haven’t been inside for years, when I felt it seemed (maybe?) a little ‘faded glory’ ish… (.. of which I am a fan by the way).
So it’s good to know it’s holding its own.
(What on earth does that phrase actually mean??).
