I don't like Mondays... Tell me why...?

Am sure you know the song. It isn't that I don't like Mondays, it is just that they are a bit long. Two students tonight. The last one left at 7.40pm. I'll eat soon, then I can get on with setting their homework. Which means I won't be going bed early tonight.

My last student asked if I had any more space for another student. I was flattered that she thought of me and I hate saying no, but I had to really. Since the pandemic I've decided to try and keep a work/life balance. As it is, the days when I'm not working are Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Wednesday the kids are at home for lunch and the afternoon. Sometimes work can spread from Thursday into Friday.
The week comes around quickly in the end. I sound ungrateful, but sometimes you have to consider time for other things.
