Virginia Beach Vacation …

… Day 5.

We had another fantastic day here driving from place to place …
But my favorite part of the day was spending time on the beach with all the gulls*!  I absolutely love photograph them! Besides my main photo I’ve also added on in Extras. 

Also in Extras in a man flying a rather large dragon kite!  This thing was huge … and not the only one he was flying!  He had several large kites in the air at the same time.

This is our final night here before we head home … kind of.  We are stopping in Chincoteague, Virginia for a night to (hopefully) see their famous wild ponies.

*I hope you noticed that I didn’t say “seagulls”.  And I going to be that person.  There are no such thing as a “seagull” … but there are many different species of gulls.  The correct term for these birds is simply “gulls”.  There I said it!
