Broken on arrival
I ordered some light bulbs the other day. They were delivered yesterday. The parcel was damaged from the outside and sure enough some of the bulbs inside of the parcel were broken. I contacted the seller by email and much to my surprise, I received an answer within half an hour. It’s Sunday and I sure wasn’t expecting that. I had attached some photos to my mail (including this one) and apparently that was convincing enough for them to send me some new lightbulbs.
