Justice

This is a mosaic on the wall at Cardiff Magistrates Court. The inscription says 'nessaf y gellit y'r wiryoned a iawnder' (as near as may be to truth and justice) and it comes from the Laws of Hywel Dda (880-950).

Mae mosäig hwn ar y wal Llys Ynadon yng Nghaerdydd. Mae'r arysgrif yn dweud 'nessaf y gellit y'r wiryoned a iawnder' (nesaf y gellid i'r (g)wirionedd a iawnder) ac mae'n dod o'r Gyfraith Hywel Dda (880-950).
