Retirement

Gosh I am getting old.
I did a rushed blip late yesterday afternoon before going off to the Sommerfest at Hubby's work and when I looked this morning I saw it was not here....I must have forgotten to press the enter button * again )

Anyway.....now I can post a photo I took at the sommerfest last night.....our friends retirement celebration.....
I met * no name here *and his wife, a year after I moved to Germany. They moved from Zimbabwe to live and work here as well....Its sad to think they will be moving on - another couple leaving Germany...My hubby and I are the only two left now. All the others have returned to South Africa and one to Australia...I miss the bunch here...the braai's, birthday party's, get togethers - nothing like mixing with people who understand you in a different country.

Saying that I am also a lot more settled here than I was a few years ago, so it is a lot easier.....
