Up with the Lark

Woke at 5.30am but couldn’t get back to sleep again so got up and made a cuppa. There’s a light frost and at 7am the sky was pretty.
So far I’ve emptied the dish washer and caught up on blip – yeah!

8.30 am The sun’s shining, the day’s my own and there’s lots to do:  Take our re-vamped Wills to my lovely old legal eagle to check over and then I can type them up, and sign them in the presence of a couple of witnesses. Start thinking about the C shopping.  Tidy up the garden, again (those pesky people have been making a mess in the pots again) plant some bulbs and prune the Verbena.  Sort out more photos for the 2025 Calendar I’m making.  Do the ironing, ugh!

Might put my feet up this afternoon.
