A bit of blue

We had some rain at the beginning and end of the day, but otherwise it was a pleasantly mild and sunny day.

With two empty garden waste bins to fill, I set about trimming the hedge at the very top of the garden. As the top of the hedge is over three metres above ground level it necessitated the use of step ladders.

It didn’t take me half as long as I had anticipated and I’m happy with the result.

This afternoon our super fast broadband was installed by Scott from Openreach. Routing the fibre optic cable proved a bit of a challenge but we got there in the end. It’s now running at around 500 Mbs - previously it was around 60-70.
