Sutton Bank
Working today at an office in the North East so Jasper spent the day with my mum.
On the drive home I decided to go via the very steep Sutton Bank rather than my preferred "caravan route' which takes me past Byland Abbey.
At the top of the bank is a National Parks centre so Jasper and I parked up and had a quick walk. It was a very quick walk because even after 6pm when the centre was closed they expected you to pay £2.20 for 2 hours.
What I really wanted was a landscape shot from the top of the bank across the Vale of York but given I was being a car park ticket evader I didn't have the time.
If you follow LynnW you may have seen this owl before.
