Off to the printers!

Well, it's done.  My little book about the unlikely friendship between Beulah the pig and Gertie the sheep.  On the back cover I used one of the first photos I took of the pair years ago.  I decided to use bright, fun colors for the illustrations, doing a lot of digital alterations to the original photos.  I've added two, 2-page spreads in the extras. (These are all screen shots so not the best quality.)  The first has Beulah and Gertie's advice for being a friend and the second features Quinn the sheepdog.  Quinn really was the sheepdog on the farm when Beulah was young.  So, now I wait for the books to arrive and two other "companions" for the book.  I also wait for heavy rain today and 1-3 inches of snow on Thanksgiving Day.
