Saturday, warmish..

Late blip today, have had a busy day sort of.
Netball this afternoon, girls had a good game, and won , which is always a bonus!

Then, tonight we have been out to see our lovely friend C , pictured, sing in the StarFest talent competition that has been held over the school holidays.
It was the grand final tonight, C and her friend sang a duet, and did so well, getting up on a proper stage in front of at least 300 people!
They didn't get a place, but the lucky winners got a trip to Singapore.

They are still winners to us though.. they had great fun and met some TV presenters behind the scenes, so came away smiling.

I was amazed at the talent and confidence of all the entrants..they were aged from 6 - 17 and most had not done this sort of thing much before.
