Tapas at the Exchange Hotel
We had a top night with our tapas. We started with a choice of three cooked by the chef; we selected Mushrooms and Cottage cheese, Duck spring rolls and Kangaroo Wellington. We then had a selection of three that we cooked ourselves on a hot rock which was like a mini barbeque hot plate. As you can see we had prawns accompanied with marinated lamb and beef. It was delightful. We finished with an Affogato each; Lorraine's was with Kahlua and mine, Tia Maria.
The Exchange Hotel is in Balmain which is normally a nightmare for parking but we got a spot at the front door!
Today was pretty busy but I managed to finish the room where I needed to re-render a large patch of the wall. Was really pleased the way it turned out.
