My route

Feeling a bit better today although my temperature is still spiking periodically. Nevertheless when I was feeling well I would pace the corridors- a bit like a lion in a cage - following a path then turning round and retracing my steps. As of 19:30 just about reached 6.5K.

Some new medication this evening so we’ll see how that helps. Settling down for BakeOff final.
