Getting ready

Okay, this was a stretch. It is so hard to come up with something once it's dark and I'm home. We are done with school this week because of our Thanksgiving break. I had to run out to Walmart, which I try to really avoid, to get a few things. I will be buying my Christmas tree this Friday for the first time in years and I realized I threw away all my old candy canes in my move. I like to have them on the tree. I also got some sparkly blue fabric to use as a tree skirt. I opened it at home and realized all the sparkles were glitter and now there is blue glitter everywhere... I know some of you will be so thankful it wasn't you or your house...lol. I have vacuumed most of it up. There is still plenty on the fabric so I'll just deal with the rest of the fall out after Christmas.
