Take it easy

We had a slow morning and didn't go anywhere until 11 am, when I had a chiropractor appointment and the boys were ready for their walk. 

They did search for some food again and otherwise it has been another restful day.

I am planning on training free days until Sunday. These last months have been so hectic and everyone are ready for some time to recover.
