Practise makes perfect

Practicing with Tom Donald from the LCSP, the London Contemporary School of Piano.
Great fun but I’m still a long way from perfect.

This course is great though and a bit different from my regular piano lessons, both with Jan Meiborg and Cor Bakker.

Its built around 4 pillars:
1. Chords chords chords. Well, that box is ticked.
2. Rhythm and groove. This one is a challenge since I’m used to sight reading instead of making things up myself.
3. Improvising and melody. The hard part for me! Here I’m far from my comfort zone.
4. Composing. I haven’t been there yet. If I ever will.
