Moving day

This morning I got up at 5.30am showered and made breakfast in bed. We were at dales for 7.45 ready to work hoping to miss the heat of the day.

A long hot sweaty day with many van loads. I helped unpack the kitchen as my fibro was playing up so rendered useless carrying stuff.

Cat n mick helped and lent a van and after lunch went home, packed then flew off to florida with the kids for a fortnight of theme parks.

Jan and Tony bought us all a curry for working so hard. We sat outside at a garden table and drank fine wine and not so fine beer which gave Tony such bad gas we actually thought he was having a heart attack - which I pointed out would seriously have blighted the day.

We've had an amazing day. I think husband is getting new home envy. He is a nightmare at falling in love with property.

I think the house is truly fantastic I can't wait for Stuart to come home from san fran and see his new pad only 3 more weeks to go as he has now handed his notice in at the Americas cup. He will be chuffed to bits with his new pad.
