WideWednesday...light
A cold, grey wet morning as forecast, so we left a little later hoping it would clear, and it gradually did. Just myself and B today, with lots to catch up on as always. A lot happens in a week. I noticed the suspended lights on the red metal, just as we were leaving our coffee venue and thought they'd fit today's theme...thanks Bob. Walked home in sunshine and had some good news from my son on Oz. He's taken redundancy from his job in Sydney, and has just secured a local job with much less stress, only 15 minutes away, instead of 2 hours into the city, normally 5 days a week. Quality of life is what matters most ..I'm very happy for him. Meanwhile, younger son G who has been trying to make a life in Scotland for several months, in order to bring his son Ben to the UK, is on his way back to Vietnam next week, having been unable to fulfil his wish...A stressful time for him too...
