Butternut Squash Soup

Penny is busy batch cooking so that after baby arrives they will have plenty in stock which doesn't require cooking. So yesterday we roasted a mountain of veg and then added stock and blitzed it. I found some cunning Waitrose "Pour & Store" bags which (today) turned out to be perfect. The bags are now in the freezer.
