Erneuerung Löwenplatz

Nearly finished building & renovating the area in the middle of the parish capital's village square. Two new houses , built in old 'longhouse' farmhouse 9style, with 'affordable' 'social' flats, done in cooperation with the parish & county council.

Barrier-free residential complex in Sontheim at Löwenplatz. 15 affordable rental apartments will be built here, along with a community library and underground car park.

Next up the renovation of the war memorial behind little chapel on the left. The names engraved in stone, particularly from WWI have eroded over the years & need redoing.
