Footstool...

I needed something for Lily's 21st birthday so I made her a footstool out of an old plank of wood I found in Mike's workshop. I spent a long time pondering if this was a terrible present for a 21 year old or whether it was super cool. It's a fine line. 

Thankfully, Lily loved it! She seemed really touched that I'd made it for her. 


I think this might be my thing. 

I'm plotting.

I added a matching cushion at the very last minute. Think sewing by hand at midnight cause I fucked up by not putting a zip in before the braid. School days are frequent!
