Wintry storefront

The snow is melting away, but never mind, this window is wintry enough... Below the big window there is a small window - for mice! However, not for REAL mice... Here a little bit information about this phenomen in Uppsala and here the artist Katja Pertoft who has created this "apartment".

The last day of the Uppsala light festival (see the video!) Allt ljus på Uppsala. My favourite amongst all light installations has been the one in the extra blip - Firefly Field,  with thin threads and small lights, moving all the time. I took the photo on the 20th November, when our winter started, a couple of hours later than this photo. The weather late in the evening was rather unpleasant, I think you can see it, especially in the extra blip today.
   Unfortunately the official website has been updated and most information about the installations have been removed, but the creator's name is still there - Studio Toer (Netherlands).
