Vegas Baby

So this is not the best image of the day but I want to share it as it’s a part of Vegas that many people won’t know exist. It wasn’t aware until I came here that Vegas is surrounded by the most amazing mountains. They basically surround the city. This one is a ten minute drive from my apartment and is part of Red Rock Canyon national park. It’s called Guardian Angel and is near Calico Basin. The best part is that you can climb this mountain then look down into Red Rock Canyon but you don’t have to pay to get into the park. This is the highest and scariest mountain I’ve ever climbed and my God it was with it to get the views at the top. You can see the Strip in the distance.
