View from the deck

Home again on a hot windy day
Packed up 40 cups and coffee mugs etc and took over to my great niece in preparation for her mother’s funeral tomorrow. The cup of tea being at her place. Such a sad girl it was good to sit down and talk to her and share her grief . Her and her teenage son have been totally amazing caring for my niece
Have made apple and rhubarb crumble ready for tomorrow nights dinner and watered the garden. Have achieved a bit but not near as much as I would have liked to
