A waning Moon (7.3%)

A doctor appointment. Bloods and update. Our GP, if you want an appointment within a month has early bird slots from 7am! Which is great if you are working and need to get into town for 9am. However for the idle retired such as myself (not unknown to be still abed come 10am) such an early rise came as a bit of a shock to the system. However I was treated to a lovely sunrise, clear skies and a Baltic -6 degrees. I thought ten minutes vigourously scraping the ice encrusted car would warm me up. It didn't.
