Almost there .

The house being built by our new neighbour is almost finished. Now she is waiting for the electricity connection which is promised for twelve days time.

She could have moved in by now had it not bern for the poor service by her chosen electricity supplier - not an uncommon experience as I know given the interventions I had to make when the local MSP. Water and electricity connections were the slowest and least satisfactory parts of the process.
