The French connection.

Following recent blood tests, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes and referred to a  NHS prevention programme which I chose to do online. This morning I had my first meeting with my nutritionist. With the exception of the odd cake or sausage roll when I visit a Nat Trust property, I really don’t eat that badly which I think she agreed with.
The fun police have moved in just in time for Christmas !!!
