Knowing I was on Heathrow duty and had to get the kids to 8:30 check-in I had little to no sleep.
 It was a frosty and foggy drive for quite a bit of the journey but when we  got there it so such a relief! 

The sat-nav took me home the quickest route which was through Oxford but by the time I reached Burford, where there is a garden centre and carpark.. I just pulled over and slept. Unfortunately for me a car had left its alarms on. 

Hubs has also caught a cold .... 

Sunny weather I had a decision to make and with the owls performing I knew after a cup of tea that I needed to get up there. Hubs was ensconced in front of the tv with medication and I was entrusted to get some cranberry juice which I did along the way.

Late to the owl party yet again, I grabbed my stuff and went for it.
