Hope Deferred

Walked up to the top building to store the baby toddler small girl paraphernalia. Being up there is complicated for me. It really is so much more beautiful than down here, and so many years thinking we would eventually live up there. 

Makes me think of this verse:
Hope deferred makes the heart sick,
but a dream fulfilled is a tree of life.
-  (Proverbs 13:12)
Mike communicated with our architect today, everyone still waiting, he will chase up. Tree of life in extras - will we ever see those shadows on the wall of our actual home??

Gratefuls:
- the utter beauty of our Land when it's all green, with yellow flowers everywhere, and clear winter light
- making a tarte au citron with some of the lemons
- going to Netty and Rich's for dinner in a bit
