Small And Far Away

I was awake early today before dawn and watched the skies gradually lighten. What lovely colours his morning - and there's a tiny moon hanging around (towards the top right).

After doing a little office work I walked into town - yes, for a coffee! It was busy and with a cheery, bright holiday feel now the schools are off for the summer - yet the shops are already full of dark winter clothes and 'back to school' uniforms while the temperatures once again reached the high 20s centigrade. It makes no sense!
