Oh yes we did
Through to Glasgow to the Oran Mor to meet up with R&E - and a pie and pint thrown in with the price of your ticket. As long as it was a bottom of the range pie and pint. None of your steak or venison pies or IPA like whot you might get at the Traverse. And look how crushed we are in those seats! But it was terrific - the annual panto by the Oran Mor players. Verrreee amusing indeed.
We’d travelled through there earlier in the train and subway to get to a cafe with WiFi - the pre-erected tents were going on sale at midday and if didn’t get one, well, the whole venture might well have been abandoned. But yay, my laptop was the one that sped down the queue quickest and we got our mitts on a bell tent that could sleep a dozen. We need space for our wardrobes.
Home in time to catch some of the Cercle Brugge game. Gawd, we’re rank. Can’t score + let in soft goals = bottom of the league. Well, that’s an equation that would hold good if it wasn’t for the miracle called Hibs.
