Steak, Egg and Chips

I love eggs. When we had four chickens running around the back yard there were always eggs in the fridge. Now we are down to one very old chook who hasn't laid an egg in quite a while. Mind you she has earned her retirement.

So tonight we are having steak egg and chips. It is a quick and easy meal.
