Trun(k)ated

I was woken up in the early hours by a noisy, inconsiderate driver bombing down our street.  My clock said 4.24am grrr.  Drifted in and out of sleep until woken by refuse collectors crash-banging about at 6am.   Energy has been fragile today.

Nonetheless it has been a sunny day.  Quick Friday shop, back home to walk the hound in sunshine before lunch and a brief walk after lunch.  Just relaxed listening to the radio and news about the assisted dying issue.  This tree caught my eye today.

A tricky issue.  There really need to be many checks to safeguard any potential abuse and pressurising of people with terminal illnesses.  The issue of improving and funding palliative care also needs examination and implementation.
