A Change of Plan

I was originally going to travel up to Chesham today for the pre-Christmas meet-up with my book club ladies. However, the best laid plans and all that… To cut a long story short, we’ve had to rearrange for early in the new year, and so we’ll be extending Christmas by a few days. It will also be 15 years in January since we had our very first book club meeting - so it’ll be double celebrations for us. I’ve already got the bubbly!

I was able instead to do the weekly supermarket trip this morning, and could pull my old blip trick of sneaking a flower arrangement photo courtesy of Sainsbury’s. These are perfect for autumn/winter, and I’m dedicating them to my two friends who are suffering with a rotten cold and a nasty bug at the moment. Get well soon, ladies!
