Experimental quiche

Moving away from the traditional filling which I enjoy, I experimented with leftovers. Frying off some diced Red Pepper gave them a roasted flavour, then adding sun dried tomatoes, crumbled mozzarella, plus diced ham to the pastry before topping with a couple of beaten eggs and a large splash of cream. Quite pleased with the results.
