Summit of Snowdon

We are in Snowdonia for the weekend so Mr EG can do some last minute training for the hike he is doing at the end of this month in memory of our beautiful son Henry who died in my arms just 21 hours after he was born after a low risk pregnancy. We still have no answers as to why this happened.

The challenge is based on the welsh 3000's, but Mr EG has added on 2 more peaks to make a total of 17 to fit in with the SANDS (Stillborn and Neonatal Death Society) WHY 17 campaign, for which we are raising money to fund research into why 17 babies die in the UK everyday. Most of us are blissfully unaware that this is going on until it happens to you or someone close to you. We feel this is something positive we can do in memory of Henry, that may just stop other families suffering the same tragedy as us.
