This is the Knife Angel!

Made from 100,000 seized weapons, the 8.2 metre-tall (27 feet) Knife Angel was created by the British Ironworks Centre and has been on display in towns across England and Wales.

It will be first time the statue has been displayed north of the border.

It’s very impressive . School kids will be taken down to see it for projects they are working on knife violence.

Went to a weight session this morning. Different pt than Tuesday so a different focus. I enjoyed the variety but boy it brings home how I need to strengthen my muscles. I had to make a few modifications given the knee issue. I notice a difference in their effectiveness this past year. I have now doubt will feel them tomorrow.

I dropped off a few gifts to the Sally Army for their Christmas Gifts appeal and then for a coffee .
