Wintery

Rain overnight but some blue sky this morning with a few colourful clouds. All the leaves off the trees. The beech hedge getting its rusty colour.

Attempted to put a mini wash on the washing machine my back & ab muscles reminding me only light duties.

Sue is coming this morning so will get her to hang up the washing & maybe get another on.

Having been independent for years it takes a bit getting used to ask folk to do things but 6 weeks of light duties & resting then another 6 weeks to get basic fitness back seems so far away yet when on week one.
