Wound up in Wexford

It was a really grey and dreary day.

W went off to the gardening club in the morning, but tells me they spent the whole sessions sitting in the hall drinking coffee, and talking about one of the members who has sadly just died.

I spent a couple of hours hopping between my computer (which was having a go slow) and my fluting.  I was trying - and did eventually succeed - to print up the music for some carols for the flute group.

In the afternoon W had an appointment with the GP.  I did some sewing.  And then when he got back we went off to vote.  Slightly confused when we got there, as they've moved the polling station from the old school to the new school since we voted earlier this year in the local elections.  But we found our way.

In the evening we watched Joy, the rather lovely film about the early development of IVF, on Netflix.
