Fairy framed
This morning I framed my fairy. It's not in the frame that I bought earlier this month. Following comments on my earlier entry, rather than take that apart, I am giving the sweet picture of the children in the boat intact to Sallymair. I think that this second 'new' frame (also from a charity shop) is actually better suited to my fairy than the first one.
Today I have exercised, darned, watched some television with Mummy hazelh (Alison Krauss on BBC Alba - excellent), shopped, lost and found my phone (I thought that it was stolen from my bag when I was in the St James Quarter - it wasn't), tidied and cleaned, cooked, and lost at Catan (to Jon first, then to Mr hazelh). I couldn't wait for Mr hazelh to return from fixing Jack's computer in Leith this afternoon to pass on the news that one of our auction items sold today for over 10 times the midpoint of its original estimate.
At the end of the working day, the auctioneer emailed me the catalogue details of our next set of items to be offered for sale at the next auction (our 12th) on 13th December. Does anyone need any fishing tackle?
Exercise today: 1 hour on the exercise bike; pilates class; swim (30 lengths); walking (10,638 steps).
