AN AMBLE OF WALKERS

We went into town this morning to go to Fletchers (for Fruit and Veg), then to the Post Office for our Christmas stamps.  I then popped into St Paul's as I saw they had a Christmas Fair on.  A lot of people in there, which is good as they were serving bacon butties, hot drinks etc, a couple of stalls, a tombola and a raffle.  I had a go on the tombola and won a couple of items, one of which I an actually use, and a go on the raffle.

Popped onto the prom for some inspiration.  LetsDo52 this week has a theme of Collective Nouns - much harder than it sounds, especially when you've had a pig of a week.  Still I captured this and thought it is either a group of friends or an amble of walkers.  I looked it up and An Amble of Walkers is a true collective noun so that's what I've gone for.  As well as a shot of some geese gaggling!!! At least I've submitted my two entries and had a go.  It will be great to see what everyone else has come up with, the creativeness of the group is amazing - something I really have to work on, which is weird as I have an over active imagination otherwise!!!!

I then met up with hubby for our Saturday brunch before picking up the papers and coming home.
